As founder and Co-CEO of Skilled Management, Adam Zenou has helped the organization expand from one community to seven. He also led the companies’ expansion to include homecare and hospice services.
Adam got his start as a business office manager and later an executive director, helping struggling assisted living facilities achieve profitability through marketing and team building.
During the pandemic, Skilled Management, a certified Temporary Manager with Department of Social Services, helped step in to manage facilities struggling with staffing due to Covid-19 outbreaks. Adam helped convert one location into a Covid positive assisted living, accepting Covid positive residents to alleviate the burden from struggling facilities due to outbreaks.
As a leader in California’s senior living industry, Adam has a keen eye and aptitude for turning around underperforming communities and bringing them back to compliance overnight through business innovation, and administrative expertise. He is passionate about elevating standards across the spectrum, from operations to customer service, and from resident care to community relations.
He believes in democratizing senior health care and more importantly, that people come first. If people are provided the resources and support, they will excel in their work and living. As a result of these values, Adam has gained a reputation of being a true advocate and patron for seniors and employees.
