Find an opportunity on our website and complete an application. No resume? No problem, many of our opportunities don’t require one to complete an application. The current application process takes 5-8 minutes.
Phone Screen
We aim to thoroughly review each application. If you meet the qualifications for a currently available position, anticipate hearing from us within seven days. A member of our team will contact you by phone to discuss your experience and suitability for the role.
Meet Us
We offer a community tour, a comprehensive job overview, and an introduction to our principles at Savant. Additionally, you'll have the chance to engage in one-on-one sessions with team members, participate in job shadowing to gain insight into your potential role, and address any questions you may have. Meeting with the Executive Director of the community is also a priority. Please dress in business casual attire, even for video interviews.

Following the interview process, you can anticipate receiving communication from us about the next steps. Initially, we'll extend a verbal offer and then proceed to gather additional information to formalize the process.
