Brian Cropp

Brian Cropp is an HR practitioner with over 15 years of progressive human resources leadership experience. Brian has served in executive level HR roles in the healthcare industry for the past 8 years and has a Master’s in Business Administration.   

As the Chief Human Resources Officer for Savant Senior Living, Brian’s focus is to build an inclusive, collaborative, and driven workforce that in turn provides the highest level of care to our residents.  

Prior to joining Skilled Management, Brian served as the VP, Human Resources for Phoenix House California, and Texas where he helped the organization improve employee engagement and retention and helped the large nonprofit win Addiction Best Addiction Treatment Centers award.  Brian has a passion for “helping people who help people”. 

Brian loves spending time with his wife and four children and enjoys coaching youth soccer.  Brian loves sports and still competes in amateur golf tournaments and adult basketball leagues.
