Kevin Avalos

Kevin Avalos brings over 10 years experience in maintenance, capital projects and engineering to Savant Senior Living. Prior to joining Savant, Kevin served as the Regional Maintenance/Capital Projects Director at Atria Senior Living, where he successfully oversaw maintenance operations across 22 communities. Before his tenure at Atria, Kevin held the position of Lead Building Engineer at Irvine Company, a prominent real estate company known for its high standards and innovative projects. During his time there, he was recognized with the prestigious "Our Value Award" in recognition of his outstanding contributions and commitment to excellence.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Southern California Institute of Technology, equipping him with the technical knowledge and skills necessary to excel in his field.

Originally from Orange County, Kevin is a true jack-of-all-trades who is fluent in Spanish and has a passion for fixing cars and tackling various DIY projects. On weekends, he cherishes spending quality time with his 13-year-old daughter and indulging in his wife's culinary delights. An animal lover at heart, Kevin is also the proud owner of three dogs.
