Mochi Bercovich

Mochi brings over 15 years of experience in the healthcare and senior living industry and oversees all day-to-day operations of Savant Senior Living’s senior living communities, hospice and homecare facilities. In addition, Mochi also leads business development, real estate acquisitions, management and financial transactions. 

He has gained a reputation in California’s senior living industry as an expert in transforming operations of senior living communities.  He has consulted at Avanti Hospitals, college hospital of Long Beach, Seton Medical Center and Mission Community. Most recently, Mochi served as Chief Operating Officer of a large Los Angeles based company that provides consultation services to 10 acute hospitals and senior living. 

More notably, Mochi is a true advocate for Alzheimer’s and for affordable senior housing programs. He works with seniors and families to develop innovative ideas and programs so they have access to the best quality care without financial or other restraints. His purpose and joy is to make a positive difference and bring hope to all individuals.

Mochi started his career early in the healthcare space as a facility manager at an assisted living facility where he discovered his passion for improving senior residents’ lives through teamwork and sharing a purpose. He quickly rose through the ranks, and developed his craft and expertise across various departments such as operations, care, marketing, community outreach, and senior placements. 

Mochi studied pharmaceutical clinical research, CRO, and business administration/marketing He is certified assisted living administrator by California Department of Social Services and will receive certification as dementia practitioner. 

Mochi is originally from Buenos Aires Argentina and speaks fluent Spanish and Hebrew. He enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and German Shepherd Blade.
