Mochi Bercovich is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of  Savant Senior Living⁠. With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare, senior housing, acquisitions, and real estate investment, he has played a key role in the growth and expansion of the organization throughout California.

Alongside his business partner, Adam Zenou, Mochi co-leads the company’s strategic vision, acquisitions, business development, and growth initiatives. He has led the acquisition and expansion of senior living communities, helping build a growing portfolio of assisted living and memory care communities throughout California.

Mochi’s expertise spans business development, real estate transactions, capital planning, strategic partnerships, and organizational growth. His entrepreneurial mindset has helped establish Savant as a respected owner and operator of senior living communities.

Today, Mochi remains focused on identifying strategic growth opportunities, expanding access to high-quality senior care, and creating long-term value for residents, team members, investors, and stakeholders.
